NLP meets survey data

We are collaborating with the Marketing and Management Department of Széchenyi University on using NLP methods to analyze open-ended questions in surveys. The first results of this collaboration will be presented at the upcoming HEAd 22 conference.

Due to COVID, the world of higher education had to go online and institutions were struggling to build a feedback loop to maintain quality. Thanks to our partners, we had the chance to participate in an exciting research that not only analyzes survey data collected from every stakeholder of higher education, but its main goal is to build a quality assurance system with a continuous feedback loop. The first results of this study have been summarized in a paper (Examination of online education experiences from stakeholder perspective – a Hungarian case study) and its main findings will be presented at the conference.
