"Crow Intelligence" is the trading name under which this research practice operates.
What this site is
This site publishes research, essays, data visualisations, and descriptions of the services we offer. It is published for information. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship or an offer capable of acceptance.
Our research is exploratory by nature. Findings, figures, and visualisations are presented as they stood when published, and may be superseded. If a decision of yours depends on something you read here, please confirm it with us first.
Engagements
Due diligence, audits, commissioned analysis, and advisory work are provided only under a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, timing, and confidentiality. The service descriptions on this site are indicative, not contractual terms, and do not oblige us to take on any engagement.
Intellectual property
The text, essays, visualisations, images, and design of this site belong to Zoltán Varjú EV unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, quote, and link to them with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or present them as your own without our written permission.
Our open-source packages — including chronowords, kenon, keyflux, lexograph, saphes, and corvus — are licensed separately under the MIT licence, and their licence terms, not this page, govern their use. Third-party names, logos, and quoted material remain the property of their owners.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
Links to other sites
We link to external sites — data sources, repositories, publications, our newsletter, and our blog. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability and liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.
